Replacement Policy

Our policy is to replace any product that is faulty.  When the products are damaged due to incorrect installation or user error, we are not obligated to, but may choose to replace at our discretion.

Custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.

There are certain situations where partial or whole refunds are granted (if applicable), at the discretion of Zeris Creations.

Exchanges

We only replace items in situations outlined above. If you prefer to exchange it for the another item, let us know and we may choose to at our discretion.  Custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.

Shipping

No return shipping is necessary if an item is identified as faulty per the above. Simply reach out and let us know what the problem is, and we will endeavour to promptly ship your replacement product.
