Artwork Guide

Everything you need to know to get your artwork ready for print. Turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from artwork approval.

• Formats: PDF and PNG are our preferred formats. JPG, PSD, AI, SVG and TIFF are fine too, anything we can open, we'll print. At A2 and larger, send a PDF where possible, as PNG and TIFF files at those sizes often exceed our 20MB upload limit.
• Resolution: 300dpi at the finished size is preferred. Lower will still print, it just won't be as sharp.
• Bleed: extend your background 2 to 3mm past the cut edge on stickers and prints, 5mm on banners. No bleed can leave a thin white edge.
• Contour cut stickers: supply a transparent PNG. We cut close to the artwork edge, so keep fine details a couple of millimetres inside the edge.
• Sticker sheets: two files, a background (the full sheet, with bleed) and a foreground (transparent PNG with your stickers placed where you want them cut).
• File size: up to 20MB per file on the order form. Bigger than that, email us a link after ordering and we'll sort it out.
• Proofs: not sure about colour or placement? Tick the proof option at checkout where it's offered, or contact us before ordering and we can arrange one.
